Tad is the President and Founder of the Sandlot Radio Network L.L.C, the High Country Sandlot Foundation & the Sandlot Academy of Highlands Ranch. Tad played professional baseball for nine years. He was an owner and manager for The Sydney Wave of The Australian Baseball League (ABL). Powers sat on the ABL board of directors for three years. He also founded Futera Sports Cards, later sold to Crazy Cards (Pokemon, Didgemon). He was an international scout for the Chicago Cubs for eleven years and the Anaheim Angels for one year. He is currently the host of The Sandlot radio show on Mile High Sports Radio, which is nearing the end of its eighth season. Powers has two great boys Cade, 21 and Cody 18. They are both avid baseball players and love the game.

Son of Tad Powers, President/Owner, Cade is a gifted middle infielder who has had the privilege of being around professional players his entire life. Cade is a 2008 graduate of Heritage High School & also played at Central Arizona, Phoenix College, and St. Charles Community College. Cade is an aspiring professional who is currently Vice President of Player Development for the Sandlot Academy Highlands Ranch. He will head down to Australia in the winter of 2011 to play for the Cronulla Sharks. Powers has the skills and knowledge to improve players of any skill level. He is excited about passing on the knowledge and experiend he has learned from his exposure to professional baseball.

Daniel is a 2006 graduate from Heritage High School. Signed with Lamar CC in Lamar, CO. Neumann earned 2nd Team All Region IX his sophomore year and then signed with Lubbock Christian University in 2008. LCU went on to win the NAIA National Championship in 2009 with Neumann starting in every playoff game. LCU made another trip to the NAIA World Series with Neumann again starting in all the games. Daniel comes to the Sandlot as both a new coach and as the Director of Baseball Development. Using four years of college education, both in the classroom and on the field, he is eager to start teaching the game of baseball.
