Experience Overview

Sandlot baseball is a concept that we believe existed from 1925-1975. The idea of friends gathering to play in numerous different venues around their neighborhood , each with different confines, ground rules, and required equipment. The rules were made and governed by kids and modified when necessary.

Today's generation of American Baseball and Softball players have access to training aids, professional instruction, facilities, and five times the games played by kids during The Sandlot era.

The Experience at Sandlot Parks mission is to bring this generation of American Baseball Players back in time, teaching them the history of the game and our country. Our champion character building program is used to promote quality children.

The CHAMPS concept will be used every day at The Sandlot Complex, with daily themes promoted , and highlighted by all Sandlot staff. We are targeting the spring of 2010 to open our experience for ball players from around the country to experience the High Country of Colorado and experience tournament baseball like never before. Look deeper into our site and find out more about The Sandlot Experience.
