Tad is the owner of High Country Baseball Camps and International Tours. Tad played professional baseball for nine years, and was a owner and manager for The Sydney Wave of The Australian Baseball League (ABL). Powers sat on the ABL board of directory for three years. He also founded Futera Sports Cards, later sold to Crazy Cards (Pokemon, Didgemon). He was an international scout for the Chicago Cubs for eleven years and the Anaheim Angels for one year. He is currently the host of The Sandlot radio show on Mile High Sports Radio, which is approaching its seventh season starting March, 2010. Powers has two great boys Cade, 19 and Cody, 16 they are both avid baseball players and love the game.

Micah graduated from Eagle Valley High School where he was a three sport athlete, earning All-State honors in each, including All-State shortstop and All-State outfield for the Devils. Micah played four years of college baseball. Two at Arapahoe Community College; earning First Team All Conference honors, and two years at Eastern New Mexico University. Micah earned his Associate of Arts Degree, and Bachelor of University Studies Degree with emphasis in Art and Coaching. Micah worked for Western Eagle County Metro Recreation District for 9 years working with adult and youth sports, officiating, and facility management and maintenance. Micah is currently the Assistant Varsity Coach for Littleton High School Baseball Team and the Director of Baseball Development and Design Coordinator for the Sandlot Corporate.

Rebekah Kilpatrick

Rebekah Kilpatrick started playing softball and pitching in California in 1983. She competed in ASA and AFA Nationals for 4 consecutive years. Upon graduating from Granite Hills High School in El Cajon, CA, she accepted a scholarship to Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA. She achieved accolades to include Division 1 Top 25 player for strikeouts in a game, strikeouts in a season and ERA below 1.0 for three years. Rebekah played with a team from NJ/NY facing professional teams, including the U.S. Olympic team as they traveled to prepare for the Olympics. Upon receiving her Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management in 1997, Rebekah traveled abroad and became a player/coach on the French National team where they placed 6th in the European Nationals. She began coaching JV at Eaglecrest in 1999 and also started coaching competitive through the Velocity, Titans and Pony Express Organizations. In 2006 she completed her Masters of Science in Organizational Performance and Change at CSU. She currently is the head Varsity coach at St. Mary’s Academy

Sara Warner graduated from Highlands Ranch High School in 1997. Beginning her High School softball career as a catcher, she then made the transition to pitching in her Junior year and received All-Conference recognition for
her work in the circle. Her senior year was also recognized as an All-Conference performance, this time at first base. Sara received an athletic scholarship and went on to pitch for Eastern New Mexico University. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Coaching. Sara has been a private softball instructor, including batting, fielding, catching and pitching, since the summer of 1998. She continues to grow in her instruction and strives to learn more about softball every day.

Pablo Severtson has been around baseball and softball his whole life. He has a history in teaching both softball and baseball, hitting fielding, and catching lessons. Growing up around his mentor and father Tom Severtson, he has learned every aspect of the game and continues to study the baseball and softball world. Pablo played 2 years at Regis Jesuit High School and finished at Thomas Jefferson High School. Pablo currently coaches softball and baseball at Littleton High School. It has been a dream of Pablo to teach the game and improve players of all ages.

Ernest Simpson was an outfielder and played 4 years at Cleveland State University, earning a Bachelor degree in Business Administration in 2002. A two year captain and Second Team all conference his senior season. After his college career he played 2 summers of pro ball in the Frontier Independent League with the Canton Coyotes and the Mid-Missouri Mavericks in 02 and 03. Simpson began his coaching career in 2003 as a grad assistant at Cleveland State before moving to Mount Union College baseball staff. Following a short stint back at CSU he joined the The University of Akron coaching staff working with hitters and infielders for 4 years. Simpson also coached 2 summers in the (CICL) Central Illinios Collegiate League and the College Colorado Khaos. Simpson is currently the hitting coach for the all the Colorado Khaos teams for summer and fall. Most of Simpson's playing and coaching career was at the Division I college level, so he brings a lot of knowledge and experience to high school athletes, and can assist them in their preparation to get to the next level.

Mark Strittmatter

Mark Strittmatter played baseball at the County College of Morris in Randolph, New Jersey, for two years before transferring to Virginia Commonwealth University where he helped lead VCU to the Metro Conference Championship in 1992.
Strittmatter spent most all of his playing career in the minor leagues with the Las Vegas Stars, New Haven Ravens, Central Valley Rockies, Bend Rockies, and the Colorado Springs Sky Sox(1992-2000. He was drafted by the Colorado Rockies in June of 1992. Mark has been a bullpen catcher and coach for the Colorado Rockies for the past 7 seasons.

Dave Veres was born in Montgomery, Alabama and is a former professional baseball player who pitched in the Major Leagues from 1994-2003. Veres played his college ball at Mount Hood Community College, in Gresham, Oregon. Veres was 27 years old when he broke into the big leagues on May 10, 1994, with the Houston Astros. Dave played for the Houston Astros, Montreal Expos, Colorado Rockies, St. Louis Cardinals, and the Chicago Cubs. He pitched in the NLDS in 2000, 2001, 2003, and pitched in the NLCS in 2000, 2002, 2003. In 2008, Veres pitched for the York Revolution of the independent Atlantic League.

Skip’s extensive baseball career begin at the age of six. From “stick ball” on the streets of New York , to the Stadiums in St. Louis , Seattle and Houston , Skip played baseball. Throughout high school at W. T. Clarke High School, Skip played varsity baseball, earning ALL- County Honors his senior year. Skip attended Central Connecticut State University and played 4 years of College Football and 3 years Baseball. While playing baseball at CCSU, Skip was honored by being selected to the Baseball Coaches First Team All-American squad. Professional baseball was his passion and calling. Skip played professional baseball for 10 seasons, 6+ seasons in the Major Leagues, with the St. Louis Cardinals, Houston Astros and the Seattle Mariners. Following his professional baseball career, Skip continued to pursue his interest in baseball by coaching. He has coached high school baseball for over 20 years. Currently Skip is coaching baseball at Regis University.

Turk Wendell

Wendell attended Quinnipiac College, where he is among the school's all-time leaders in strikeouts (single season) and earned run average. Wendell was drafted by the Atlanta Braves in 1988 (a 5th round selection) and made his professional debut with the Pulaski Braves of the Appalachian League in June 1988. Wendell was traded by the Braves to the Chicago Cubs in 1991, and pitched in their minor league system for two years before making his major league debut in 1993. Wendell posted a 3.88 ERA in 187 game appearances for the Cubs from 1994 on. Toward the end of the 1997 season, Wendell was traded to the New York Mets, where he spent three and a half seasons. In his Met career, spanning over five seasons, Wendell posted a solid 3.34 ERA and a 22-14 record in 285 appearances. He led the team in games pitched in the 1999 and 2000 seasons. As a Met, Wendell appeared in the playoffs twice, in 1999 and 2000, including an appearance in the 2000 World Series.

Jason Bates

Jason spent four seasons with the Rockies playing both middle infield positions as well as 3rd base before moving on to the Detroit Tigers, Anaheim Angels and Baltimore Orioles organizations to finish out his career. During his career with the Rockies, Jason was most noted for being a tremendous asset both offensively and defensively. Before being selected 7th by the Colorado Rockies in the 1992 Major League Baseball draft, Bates was a stand out shortstop at the University of Arizona. Bates led the Wildcats to a PAC-10 Championship in 1992, gaining "All-PAC 10" and "All American" honors for his efforts in his only year at U of A. While briefly in the Rockies minor league system, Bates was regarded as one of Major League Baseball's "Top 100 Prospects" , garnering All-Star status in both A and AAA before reaching the Majors in 1995. After his playing days, Bates was hired as a minor league hitting instructor for the Milwaukee Brewers and Arizona Diamondbacks organizations.

Mike Myers

Myers was drafted by the San Francisco Giants in the fourth round of the 1990 amateur draft. He made his major league debut with the Marlins on April 25, 1995. In August of that year, the Marlins traded Myers to the Detroit Tigers. He would pitch for Detroit through the 1997 season, and then he would spend time with the Milwaukee Brewers, Colorado Rockies, Arizona Diamondbacks, Seattle Mariners, Boston Red Sox, New York Yankees, and Chicago White Sox. Since his first full major league season in 1996, he has appeared in at least 60 games every year, topping 80 appearances in his first two seasons to lead the league both years, and over 70 in his next four seasons. Myers's primary role was a left-handed relief specialist. He would frequently come into games to face lefty sluggers Barry Bonds, Hideki Matsui and David Ortiz. In 2004, Myers won a world championship with the Boston Red Sox. On March 17, 2009, Myers was hired as a special assistant to the head of the Major League Baseball Player Association.

Frank Kostro

Frank Kostro played for the Triple-A Denver Bears, setting career records for hits and doubles. Frank Kostro was one of the best hitters among those who played in Denver's 38 seasons of Triple-A baseball. When the numbers put up by players who came through Denver from 1955 through 1992 were added up, Kostro had the most hits (516), the most doubles (101), the most sacrifice flies (24) and he tied for the most years played, six, with Bill Whitby and Bob Reece. Kostro's time with the Denver Bears was 1960-62, 1966-67 and 1969. During that period, Kostro also played 266 games in the major leagues with the Detroit Tigers, Los Angeles Angels and Minnesota Twins, earning a World Series ring in 1965 with the Twins. Frank Kostro was 25 years old when he broke into the big leagues on September 2, 1962, with the Detroit Tigers as in infielder/outfielder. Following his major league career, he played in Japan in 1970 for the Hankyu Braves. After baseball, Kostro turned his full attention to the business of extended warranty contracts. He remains active in baseball alumni activities.
